LEED for Homes PLATINUM

 

LEED stands for Leadership in Energy Efficiency and Design.  LEED is the best known green building standard.  It is used worldwide.   The US Green Building Council (USGBC) is the third party organization that administers LEED.  The USGBC verifies through comprehensive project review and testing that this building meets their criteria for being green.

LEED Platinum is the highest certification a building can achieve.  In the District of Columbia, only four other single family homes have this certification level; three of which were built by True Turtle.
