Over 80% of new construction waste was recycled...that's over 4.0 tons that didn't get landfilled!

 

Along with deconstructing the building, reusing what we could and recycling what we were able, this project worked with a waste hauler that recycles new construction waste.

Typical new construction projects create ~4.0 lbs of land filled waste per square foot of new construction.  For a project this size, that's 4.8 tons of waste right to a landfill!
